Why you should travel to Jamaica

  Jamaica is the largest island in the Caribbean. It is a unique country. They have a mixer of races,

for example; Africa, North South America, and Asia. Together all cultures bring parts of their world to

Jamaica. The best time to visit Jamaica is the high season, which starts from December through

march. Travelling may cost hundred for single and three hundred for couples, and family probably five

hundred plus depending on the amount of people travelling. 

         Jamaica has some beautiful places you can visit for instance Reach falls, The Green Grotto

Cave, Dunn's River and park , Bamboo Raft. First, Reach falls can be found on an uphill and it has

beautiful waterfalls. Secondly, The Green Grotto Cave was created beneath the sea which takes about

thirty to forty minutes to adventure if you want to go and explore. Thirdly, Dunn's River fall and park is

one of the most popular falls in Jamaica. You can take some great pictures by the fall and it is a nice

place to go with family. Fourth, Bamboo Raft which you can relax on and enjoy the ride and also use a

bamboo stick to pal, so you can make a stop for a swim. Lastly, swimming with dolphins and sharks,

the most amazing experience about this is that they let you train the dolphins for a day. 

       There are so many Amazing dishes in Jamaica but these are some few, Rice and peas which is

mostly cook on Sundays, Ackee and saltfish is a national dish, Brown stew chicken, fried dumplings is

made for everyday occasion, oxtail stew, Jamaican soup, curry chicken is a traditional food served with

white rice, saltfish fritters serve with breakfast or a light meal at night, Escovitch fish is also a traditional

food which is served at Easter and lastly callaloo which is served with saltfish. All these foods are very

tasty so if you visit I highly recommend them to you.

When it comes to music Reggae is the soundtrack of the island. Music brings people together and

in some sounds it talks about what Jamaica is about. It was created back in the 1950s where people

dance on the street till they get tired. And they have beaches where they place music. Jamaica is a

nice and beautiful place to go for vacation. And a peaceful place as well.
